Passion is key in any venture you set out for.

Our LGGM Champions passionately took out time to visit public primary schools and PHCs, interacted with the managements / teachers and encouraged them.

Miss Ezinne Ndugbu recently visited primary healthcare facilities and primary schools in Ezinihitte Mbaise LGA of Imo state, to assess the state of these facilities in the LGA. While some schools had some usable facilities, others were lacking basic facilities necessary for conducive learning.

After the assessments, Champions engage the LGA authorities on the need to improve available facilities, and provide better facilities to enhance learning, as well as better health service delivery. This is done through Townhall Meetings where key stakeholders in education and health are invited to chart new ways forward for inclusive delivery of quality primary education and healthcare.

At the end of the project, an evaluation report will be published to show the performance of each LGA in South Eastern Nigeria, on primary education and healthcare. Watch out for our publication coming soon!

The LGGM Project is ongoing in the 95 LGAs of the 5 South Eastern states of Nigeria, facilitated by CSAAE and funded by OSIWA.
