Ekwonu Francisca

Project Lead

She is the Monitoring, Evaluation and Compliance Officer at @csaaeinc .

Francisca is a Nigeria trained Biomedical Scientist who is interested in social development, youth development and youth empowerment. She believes in the power of African youths to change the narratives of their society.

As a Medical personnel, she understands the need for quality inclusive and accessible health facilities for all citizens, a major contributor to achieving universal health coverage . She also understands that Education is key to development, hence the need for quality and accessible primary education in Nigeria’s LGAs.

Francisca is happy to bear upon her monitoring and evaluation skills to achieve project goals and objectives.

Nnamani Nwabuba

Communication Personnel

She is a communication strategist and content creator. Nwabuba is a student of Federal University of Technology where she studies Maritime Management Technology. She believes in the power of the media and is passionate about using the media to influence social change.

Nwabuba uses her vast media and communication skills to expand the reach of the LGGM project in ensuring the efficiency of primary education and primary health in South Eastern Nigeria.

Nnadozie Obinna

Field Officer, Imo State

Hon. Nnadozie Obinna Onyeakazi is the Technical Assistant of the CSAAE LGGM Project and the field officer Officer for Imo State.

He is a trained financial manager, with years of banking experience who currently followed his interest in good governance, youths empowerment and effective grassroot development.

Nnadozie believes in changing the neglected grassroot governance in education, health, youths development and  social services, through direct engagements with the grassroot, pushing for legislative back-up for good grassroot practices, in order to influence good and professional ethics on citizens of Africa.

Hon. Nnadozie is the immediate past Supervisory Councillor for Education in Owerri North LGA  and currently the Senior Legislative supervisor for Owerri North State Constituency. 

He is happy to be part of the LGGM Project and through his experience, would bring to the front burners, requisite tools and ideal parameters, for best practices in Primary Health and Primary Education in our Local Government system, in order to achieve project goals and objectives.

Godson Benedict

Field Officer, Abia State

Godson Benedict is the field officer for Abia state.

He is a highly driven individual, an economist, and a human resource generalist with certification from UKHRCI. 

He is a crusader for positive change, human development and capacity building, he is a strong advocate that education is the bedrock of every society and we all need a healthy society to achieve our individual and societal goals, his rationale for joining this project is to see that we achieve standardized education and health sector in our local government structure, as they are Paramount in every society.

 He is excited to be part of the LGGM project to bring his relevant skills and experience to the execution of this project.

Ozibo Paradise

Field Officer, Ebonyi State

She is a member of the Young African Leaders Initiative and Nigerian youth SDGs network. She is an advocate for sustainable development in Nigeria. She is particularly interested in SDGs 4 and 8; quality education and Decent Work and Economic Growth. 

Although a graduate of French language, she found her passion in civic engagement and took personal and career development training to be able to make resounding impacts in her newfound field. Paradise believes that the youths are the engine of the society; hence she advocates for decent work, political inclusion, good education and professional development for youth in Nigeria.

As the Project manager at Education and Relief Initiative – EDRI, she works in rural communities in Ebonyi state to ensure that out of school children are enrolled and supported in Schools in these areas of the state.

She is also the program officer at Youth for Community Development Network, where amidst her other works, initiated a project that is currently helping youth in Ebonyi state to acquire relevant skills to be able to live decent lives.
